I accept been looking for a new fridge/freezer unit for some time in apprehension in placing it in our new business firm. This unit fulfills all of our needs, it allows my married woman to look in the freezer and look at everything at a glance instead of searching like she had to in our old one. The fridge portion is much more spacious and we have yet to fill information technology up yet. What I like is the ice and h2o dispenser on the outside of the unit, it is able to accept my h2o bottles with room to spare instead of angling them in and getting ice and h2o all over the place.

French door, bottom freezer. Freezer space very good & easy to utilise with drawer providing better access. Door for milk and other items reduces times opening refrigerator. Would prefer two larger veggie drawers instead of three. Has larger meat drawer at bottom which allows for many shaped items. But cheque local surface area for repair centers just in case something may need to be repaired for any brand appliance purchased.

I bought a 4 door LG refrigerator. It's a French door on top with two freeze drawers in the bottom. I paid almost $50 more to get a counter depth which is fantastic for the infinite in my modular domicile with an air vent in front of the infinite. This model has plenty of infinite in the refrigerator compartment. It looks like irresolute the h2o filter will exist easy and user-friendly.

It does have a drawer at the lesser which is nice but it would have been a better pattern if information technology would slide out when only 1 door is open on the refrigerator. You have to accept both doors open to utilize the space. The same with the right side drawer that holds produce. You can't go information technology open up all the mode before the left edge hits the center strip of the left side French door. I have only had it a month so will have to do another review after five years. This LG is a replacement for a iv 1/ii year Samsung that had constant problems with the ice maker freezing upward.. I Will never buy Samsung products again. Their Customer Service is awful.

Bought a new LG Refrigerator about 2yrs ago and since June have had nothing but problems..First the compressor went and I lost $500 in food plus paid for labour to replace ($400). Now it is non working once again (3 mos later) and it is out again ($350. in food lost)..Worst purchase e'er!!!!

I was so excited about getting the French door, two drawer model. I have 2 complaints. First one is the shelves. I have more tall bottles than the refrigerator accommodates, and then there is a short infinite behind that I can fix something in but you lot have to remove the tall bottles to go to it. The main complaint is the icemaker. The ice assurance come up out neat, it makes 3 a twenty-four hour period, however the crushed and cubed piece of work for about a week then naught for a week then of a sudden it's working again.

Nosotros called client service they referred us to the local technician who apparently hates his job. He would not even come out to wait at the problem. He said he would lodge a new icemaker. At this time the fridge was only iii weeks old. Nosotros had to keep calling him back to bank check on the new role. Then he never came out with the part until later the 3rd time he said he would come. Then he wouldn't speak to us. After about a month the icemaker quit for a week and so started up again and so on. I ordered ice trays on Amazon. No way we will deal with that repairman again. And when he did come up out we were really prissy and friendly I fifty-fifty told him a few jokes and he totally ignored me. Nosotros bought it through Costco.

DEAR LG I REGRET TO INFORM Y'all THAT SAMSUNG IS Better THAN LG, I Have WORST Feel FROM YOUR Visitor OR SERVICE... If anyone wants to purchase fridge or any product from LG so I request you Recall earlier buy, otherwise go to some other company but never purchase LG product.. Their service was too much bad, actually nosotros are buy ane double door fridge from November. 2017, and Nov 2021 cooling bug and they come or take a charge for gas refueling 2800, and after 15 days same issues again and not again it'southward again and again.

And so they decided to take that fridge accept to lg service middle in the middle of Jan 2022, and whenever we call to service center they said only two words, "We will inform you within 2 days." Only never we got update... And over again nosotros telephone call March 11 and they call dorsum us and said, "Your fridge was not working. Some cooling bug," and immediately we asked now what, AND THEY SAID, "We WILL Cutting OFF 75% Amount AND WE REFUND 25%." And my fridge was arounds 28,000 price when we buy... Now I'chiliad asking to LG "My fridge was now 4 years only and so how said and where y'all got this rules 75% cut off the corporeality, Shame on y'all LG", SAMSUNG WAS Improve THAN You FROM THE SERVICE....

I bought a LG ii door refrigerator with the freezer beneath in 2017, from Sears as a Kenmore Elite. The unit has a fan freeze up issue in the fridge department. I called Sears Service for repair since LG will not bargain with a Sears product of theirs. I paid Sears $584 to come and replace the fan, and fan control. This was the Gear up that LG told Sears would solve the problem. It'south now 4 months after the "fix" and the problem is back! It's at present past the Sears warranty, so I will accept to pay again f I want this LG piece of garbage fixed again. Bottom line is simple. DO Non Purchase AN LG Fridge FROM ANYONE EVER.

Our LG refrigerator broke and contacted LG straight for repair since it is nether the 5 year warranty. They sent a repair on 3 different occasions and they never were able to set it. The effect is the compressor. I take thrown away my food several times and cannot cook since nosotros do non have a refrigerator. It has been nearly 1 month now and LG has non resolved our upshot. Our patience has run out and need to report LG. Today nosotros received an email from Jennifer ** (Presidential Escalations Coordinator) and Abi ** (President Liaison) stating that they will buy back the refrigerator for way less than what nosotros paid for the refrigerator. This is unacceptable! Exercise not buy any LG Apparatus. Horrible company and extremely poor customer service. Nosotros simply got off the telephone with an LG amanuensis who could care less and very unprofessional.

Our family purchased a LG refrigerator four years ago. The refrigerator retailed for ii k dollars. We started to have problems with the unit after two years with ice build-up on the dorsum. Later contacting LG they told us to defrost the refrigerator. Nosotros did that every four months as needed. Now after just 4 years we woke upward to the fridge at 40 degrees and everything melted in the freezer and at present all the nutrient has gone bad. The terminal fridge nosotros owned lasted fourteen years when nosotros gave it to our son still working. Today we spent literally five hours on the phone with service and tech dept. until I wanted to weep in frustration. I never take been through anything similar this in the 60 years I have been ownership appliances. I can't believe I chose this experience when shopping for a home appliance. But still practise not call back this is right in any way.
